If you are a current EE, Orange or T-Mobile pay monthly customer and have purchased a second hand device you will not be able to unlock the device using our online form. Please call our customer services on 150 who can assist you with your request.
If you are not an EE, Orange or T-Mobile customer but have purchased a device locked to EE please call into one of our Retail stores. We will be able to unlock the majority of devices at a cost of £8.99.
Please note: Your PAYG account must be registered with your details for us to complete an unlock of a PAYG device. Register or manage your account.
