As a pay monthly customer, if you've purchased a second-hand device, you will not be able to unlock the device using our online form.
If you are not an EE, Orange or T-Mobile customer but have purchased a device locked to EE please call into one of our Retail stores. We will be able to unlock the majority of devices at a cost of £8.99.

We're sure you're real, but just in case
You will be charged £8.99 (incl VAT) for unlocking your device, this will be charged to your account. The IMEI of the device to be unlocked must be registered on the account and not blacklisted.
The amount of time it takes to unlock your phone depends on the device type and is as follows:
We may need to contact your device manufacturer for your unlock code, which could delay things slightly. If that's the case we'll let you know by text on the contact number that you provide with us.
We can unlock your phone - even if you've had it replaced by your own insurer. But we'll need proof you've replaced it.
